⚠️ BREAKING: Rescue operations have been halted in Nepal’s Rasuwa district and Tibet. The massive landslide upstream that created a temporary lake is now overflowing and could breach at any moment, risking another wave of catastrophic flooding.

Over 470 people are confirmed dead and nearly 1,500 are still missing across the border region. Rescuers and locals are being forced to evacuate to higher ground right now as heavy rain keeps falling. Peak water levels aren’t expected until Sept 1st.
